The Design Room L.ive! beta program is now running full speed ahead. As promised, we are using a continuous delivery methodology and we just shipped an updated version.
The focus of this sprint has mainly been to polish the user interface with small incremental improvements. Here are some examples.
To makes is even easier to change the zoom level of your whiteboards, we have introduced a new zoom bar.
Links are often created with similar attributes, so we now added the possibility to set a default link style for all new links you create.
One of the diagramming styles available in Design Room Live! is sequence diagrams that use lifelines to show how how different objects exchange messages. Selecting the type of a lifeline in a design room with many actors, classes and interfaces was in previous versions a bit difficult. To simplify this scenario, we have now introduced a filtering option in the lifeline edit dialog that makes it much easier to quickly find the element you were looking for.
To check out these and many other improvements download and test the latest beta drop. If you already are a beta customer there is now a new version version available at the download site.
